What is it, and why the consulate wants it

A hotel booking for your visa file is a confirmed reservation covering each night of your stay, from platforms embassies recognise. It proves where you will stay, matches your itinerary, and does not require you to pay for rooms before the visa is granted.

What we provide

Reservations for your full stay

Every night covered, with no gaps in your accommodation.

From recognised booking platforms

Sources VFS and consulates accept without question.

Matching your itinerary and cities

Hotels in the cities and on the dates your cover letter states.

Delivered inside your full file

Consistent with your flights, itinerary and cover letter.

For your visa file — book your real stay after approval

These reservations exist to satisfy the embassy. Book and pay for your actual accommodation only once your visa is granted.

One document alone will not get you a visa

Consulates assess the whole file and cross-check everything — funds, ties, itinerary, flights, hotels, insurance and your cover letter. A single booking, however perfect, cannot carry a weak file.

That is why we prepare the complete, consistent file for a flat ₹10,000 + 18% GST — every piece built to line up.

Your ₹10,000 + 18% GST file includes

  • VFS appointment booking
  • Consulate-style cover letter
  • Dummy flight reservations & hotel bookings
  • Day-wise itinerary
  • Schengen-compliant €30,000 insurance
  • Form filling & document review

Hotel Booking for Your Schengen Visa Application — FAQ

Do I need to pay for hotels for the visa?
No. You need confirmed reservations covering your stay, not pre-paid rooms. We provide bookings for the file; you pay for your real stay only after approval.
Are these hotel bookings accepted by consulates?
Yes. They come from booking platforms embassies recognise and match your itinerary, which is what the consulate checks.
Do the hotels need to cover my whole trip?
Yes — every night of your stay must be accounted for. Gaps in accommodation are a common refusal reason, which we avoid.
Will the hotels match my flights and itinerary?
Yes. We build your hotels, flights, itinerary and cover letter together so the dates and cities line up exactly.
Can I change hotels after my visa is approved?
Yes. Once approved, you are free to book whatever accommodation you like for your actual trip.
Is a hotel booking enough on its own?
No. It is one part of a complete file. Consulates assess accommodation alongside funds, ties, itinerary and insurance — we prepare the whole file.
What does it cost?
Included in our flat ₹10,000 + 18% GST service with your cover letter, flights, itinerary, insurance and form filling. Embassy and VFS fees are separate.
