Frequently asked questions
Can you guarantee my visa will be approved?
No — and any consultant who guarantees this is not being honest with you. Visa approval is the embassy’s decision and no third party can influence it. Our 99% historical success rate reflects how well-prepared our files are, but we never promise 100% approval.
Is the ₹10,000 fee refundable if my visa is rejected?
No. The ₹10,000 fee covers our work — building your file, drafting your cover letter, booking your appointment, preparing dummy flights and hotels. This work is delivered regardless of the embassy’s decision, so the fee is strictly non-refundable.
Does ₹10,000 include the embassy visa fee?
No. The Schengen visa fee (around €90, roughly ₹10,000 for a short-term tourist visa) and VFS service charges are paid separately by you, directly to the embassy or VFS centre.
Which Schengen country should I apply for?
Apply through the country where you’ll spend the most days. If days are equal, apply through the country you enter first. We help you make this decision when we assess your itinerary.
Do you serve clients outside metro cities?
Yes. Our process is fully online — applicants from Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities across India work with us over WhatsApp. You only need to physically visit your nearest VFS centre on appointment day.
