These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of fastvisa123.com and the visa filing services provided by FastVisa123 (“we”, “us”, “our”). By visiting our website, paying our service fee, or sharing your documents with us, you (“you”, “the applicant”) agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Who we are
FastVisa123 is a private visa filing consultancy based in India that helps Indian travellers prepare Schengen and EU visa applications. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representing any embassy, consulate, government authority, or VFS Global.
2. What we do (Scope of Service)
For a one-time fee of ₹10,000 per applicant, we provide:
- Profile assessment and consulate-specific guidance.
- VFS / consulate appointment booking and the VFS service fee payment.
- Personalised cover letter drafting.
- Verifiable dummy flight reservations for the visa file.
- Hotel reservations for the visa file.
- Day-wise itinerary preparation.
- Schengen-compliant travel insurance.
- Online and offline application form filling.
- Final document checklist and file arrangement.
- WhatsApp support throughout the process.
3. What we do NOT do
- We do not guarantee visa approval. The decision rests entirely with the embassy/consulate. No third party can influence the consular decision.
- We do not provide actual paid flight tickets or hotel stays. The reservations included in our service are strictly for visa filing.
- We do not pay the embassy / Schengen visa fee — that is paid directly by you to the embassy or VFS centre.
- We do not provide legal, tax, immigration, or financial advice.
- We do not influence appointment slots, visa processing times, or embassy verification calls.
4. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or be the parent/legal guardian of a minor applicant.
- Hold a valid passport with sufficient validity (typically 6 months beyond intended return).
- Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents.
- Have the legal authority to share the documents you submit.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate identity, financial, and travel information at the time of enquiry and during file preparation.
- Submit clear, legible scans of all required documents within the timelines we share.
- Attend your VFS / embassy appointment on time with the original documents.
- Respond to our messages promptly, especially time-sensitive ones (e.g. embassy verification call, additional document request).
- Pay the embassy visa fee, VFS biometric charges (if separately billed), and the cost of any actual paid flight tickets and hotel stays.
- Provide truthful information to the embassy. Misrepresentation can result in permanent visa bans for which we accept no responsibility.
6. Payment terms
- The ₹10,000 service fee is payable upfront, before we begin work on your file.
- Acceptable payment methods: UPI, net banking, debit card, credit card.
- The fee is per applicant. For families or groups, each applicant is charged separately.
- Once payment is received and confirmed, we begin preparing your file immediately.
- The fee is non-refundable as detailed in our Refund Policy.
7. Travel dates and changes
Once your file preparation has started, your travel dates are fixed in your cover letter, itinerary, dummy flights, hotel bookings and travel insurance. Travel dates cannot be changed after preparation begins. If your travel plan changes, a fresh application and fresh ₹10,000 fee will be required.
8. Honest disclosure on success rate
We have a 99% historical success rate on the files we prepare. This is a measure of how well-prepared our files are; it is not a guarantee of approval. Visa decisions depend on a wide range of factors that the embassy weighs independently — your travel history, financial profile, ties to India, purpose of travel, country-specific quotas, and other factors entirely outside our control.
9. Communication
Our primary channel for client communication is WhatsApp on +91 80056 04262. Email at hello@fastvisa123.com is used for document sharing and longer queries. By using our services, you consent to being contacted by us via WhatsApp, email, and phone for application-related matters.
10. Intellectual property
All content on fastvisa123.com — including our cover letter templates, itinerary structure, design, logos and copy — is the intellectual property of FastVisa123. You may not copy, reproduce, or republish any part of the website or our document templates without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of our service is limited to the ₹10,000 service fee paid for that specific application.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including (but not limited to) lost travel deposits, missed events, lost income, emotional distress, or visa rejection.
- We are not liable for delays caused by the embassy, VFS, postal services, courier services, banks, payment gateways, or any third party.
- We are not liable for incorrect information you provide to us or to the embassy.
12. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control — including (but not limited to) embassy strikes, visa policy changes, internet outages, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government action.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an active application if:
- You provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- You behave abusively toward our staff.
- You request actions that violate the law or embassy guidelines (e.g. fake bank statements, document forgery).
- You initiate a payment dispute without first contacting us in good faith.
In such cases the ₹10,000 fee is forfeited.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city in which our principal office is registered.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
