• Contact details — email address, WhatsApp number, phone number, residential city in India.
• Passport and travel documents — passport scan, photograph, previous visa stamps, PAN card (if requested by the consulate).
• Financial documents — bank statements, ITR, Form 16, salary slips, business registration (used solely for the embassy submission).
• Travel plan — destination country, travel dates, purpose, accommodation preferences.
• Payment information — UPI/transaction reference for the ₹10,000 service fee. We do not store your card numbers, CVV, or banking passwords.

Information collected automatically

• Basic web analytics — pages visited, device type, approximate location (city/country), referral source. We use this only to improve the website.
• Cookies for session and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.

2. How we use your information

• To prepare and submit your visa file (cover letter, dummy flights, hotel bookings, itinerary, application form).
• To book your VFS / consulate appointment.
• To communicate with you over WhatsApp, email, or phone about your application.
• To respond to support questions and refund/terms-related queries.
• To meet legal, accounting, and tax obligations under Indian law.
• To improve our website and services (only aggregated, non-identifying data).

3. Who we share information with

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share only what is necessary, only with the following parties:

• The relevant embassy, consulate, or VFS centre — your file is submitted to them as part of the visa application process. This is unavoidable; without this, your visa cannot be processed.
• Travel-service providers — flight reservation systems and hotel booking platforms used to generate the dummy reservations included in your file.
• Travel insurance provider — your name, passport details, and travel dates are shared with our insurance partner to issue the Schengen-compliant policy included in our service.
• Government and law enforcement — if required by valid legal process under Indian law.
• Payment gateway — to process the ₹10,000 service fee (the gateway’s own privacy policy applies to your payment data).

We never share your information for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information:

• HTTPS encryption on the website.
• Document storage in access-controlled folders, restricted to the team members handling your file.
• Documents are deleted from active storage after your visa decision is received and any reasonable retention period has passed.
• No information is shared with third parties beyond those listed in section 3.

No internet-based system is 100% secure. While we work hard to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. How long we keep your data

• Active visa files — kept until your visa decision is received plus 90 days, in case follow-up or appeal is needed.
• Financial records — kept for the period required under the Indian Income Tax Act (currently 8 years) for accounting and tax compliance.
• Marketing/communication preferences — kept until you ask us to delete them.

6. Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (India), you have the right to:

• Ask what personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Ask us to delete your data, subject to our legal/tax retention obligations.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential processing at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Board of India.
